We can ship it within 5-7 days if production is available, or we need 15-30 days to produce after receiving your payment.

Usually inside in waterproof polybag, outside in woven plastic bag if necessary. But we can also, according to your needs, pack such as cartoons or vacummn.

We are very confident in our products because we have a special quality control department which will 100% check every goods before shipping, we make sure all the goods we send to customers are in good condition. When customers receive the goods in 15 days, if there are any defects, please communicate and show us the detailed proof so that we can check and replace in the next order.

We can provide FREE samples, but you need to pay the freight. If you place a big order next time, we will resend the freight samples to you.

For total amount less than woo USD, T/T in advance is essential.

For total amount over 1000 USD, 30% deposit first and balance against B/L copy.
